HAHA..
had to get to work immediately went i entered ZERA today..
the chiller broke down...so we had to transfer the beer into
the wine chiller..

than Arthur told me i was gg to make
Chocolate Liquor Mousse..
On my own
(okay so Arthur helped)

I screwed up when i was pouring the chocolate
into the cream..i thought had
to pour the chocolate in all one shot..
and i couldnt manage the pot..

it was SO heavy...my hand almost broke..
than Arthur came in and was like
NO!!!
than he took over...
he said he cut my pay if the mousse spoil
BLEAGH!
im earning peanuts ok..

WORK ON V DAY GONNA BE INTERESTING..
hahahaha

and yes, after the whole fiesta..
i am feeling very calm..

~one day, will hold hands again <3
dont take him away from me...
